    The Love Is Respect Women & Girls Mental Wellness Summit is a transformative event dedicated to fostering mental health and emotional well-being. Designed to empower women and girls, the summit focuses on building mental resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and promoting healthy relationships. Through interactive workshops, therapeutic practices, and engaging discussions, participants gain valuable tools for managing emotions, setting boundaries, and developing personal growth strategies. The event aims to create a supportive community that inspires attendees to embrace self-love, cultivate respect, and take actionable steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

    Vibe Café Nights (Monthly)

    • Activity Theme: "Voices of Youth Expressions"
      • Poetry

      • Live performances
      • Guided discussions on mental wellness topics


    Let’s Get Moving Nights (Monthly, Saturdays, 6 PM - 9 PM)

    • Themes rotate each month and include:
      • Skate Night (roller skating or ice skating, depending on location)
      • Dance-Off Competitions
      • Yoga & Mindful Meditation Sessions


    Weekend Retreats (Quarterly, One-Day Events)
