The Growth Center I, Inc, is a Women owned business. We have dedicated the month of March to providing Self-Care, coping and healthy living activities and events to Women and girls. No matter where you are, if you are in the city of Sacramento, Bay Area, Central Valley or Southern California, We invite you to join us on our healthy Mind, Body and Soul Journey. - Activity Theme: "Voices of Youth Expressions"

- Live performances
- Guided discussions on mental wellness topics
Let’s Get Moving Nights (Monthly, Saturdays, 6 PM - 9 PM)
- Themes rotate each month and include:
- Skate Night (roller skating or ice skating, depending on location)
- Dance-Off Competitions
- Yoga & Mindful Meditation Sessions
Weekend Retreats (Quarterly, One-Day Events)
Winter Retreat (January): "New Year, New You"
- Mindful meditation and vision board creation
- Dance and expressive painting
Spring Retreat (April): "Blossom & Be Free"
- Yoga in nature, relationship web-building activities, and spoken word performances
Summer Vibe Activities (June-August 2025)
One-Day Weekend Retreats (Monthly in June, July, and August)
- June: "Express Yourself Retreat"
- July: "Game Day Wellness Retreat"
- August: "Mindful Moves Retreat"
Movie Nights (Monthly, Fridays, 6 PM - 9 PM)
- Themes include films addressing mental health, resilience, and self-discovery, followed by group discussions.
Family Day at the Park (Monthly, Saturdays, 10 AM - 1 PM)
- Locations rotate across city parks.
- Activities Include:
- Flag football, basketball, and double dutch contests
- Dance-offs and art stations
- Group yoga and mindful meditation sessions
- Picnic-style healthy meals and snacks
Fall and Winter (September-December 2025)
Vibe Café Nights (Monthly, Fridays or Saturdays, 6 PM - 9 PM)
- Themes rotate each month
Weekend Retreats (Quarterly, One-Day Events)
- Fall Retreat (October): "Harvest Your Wellness"
Winter Retreat (December): "Reflect & Recharge"
- End-of-year reflective practices, yoga, and goal-setting for 2026.
